Advice for Road Runners: The Nike Women's Structure 25 Road Running Shoes feature significant design updates. The Structure is now on its 25th edition. Designed to provide significant support and stability.

Underfoot Feel

The Structure 25's midsole features a new type of cushioning: Cushlon 3.0. Expect this foam to feel soft, with a bit of responsiveness. A wide base provides a stable platform to run on.

There will be a lot of foam underneath your feet. This provides comfort, but should also help with stability.

Notably, the midsole is shaped like a rocker. This helps to increase comfort and enable efficient movement through the gait cycle.

A Zoom Air unit is present in the forefoot. This helps the Structure to provide some responsive cushioning. However, you should not expect the Structure to feel as spring-like as shoes with ZoomX foam.

Upper Fit

The emphasis has been on creating an accommodating fit. This aligns well with the midsole's wide base. Single-layer mesh provides breathability and durability. Particular attention has been paid to ensuring a supportive fit around the heel.

Ideal Run Type

The Nike Women's Structure 25 Road Running Shoes are best suited to easy and steady-paced road runs. For the avoidance of doubt, these are stability running shoes. Designed to offer more support and stability than neutral running shoes. Engineered with consideration to the needs of runners with greater ranges of pronation.

Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.

Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).

This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
